Gas fireplace installation should be done by a professional.
Once you’ve picked out your perfect gas appliance, it’s important that you have it installed by a professional. With gas, a lot can go wrong if the appliance isn’t installed and hooked up properly. Carbon monoxide poisoning is a big concern, but you also just want to make sure your appliance works as efficiently as it should and that your warranty is honored. Many manufacturers will void the warranty if the appliance was not installed by a certified and experienced professional.

In addition to an inspection, you may need to have your gas appliance serviced and cleaned from time to time. During a service appointment, we’ll:
- remove and clean the logs
- clean the glass
- test the blowers and electrical components
- replace embers (if necessary)
- check for any CO2 leaks
- fire up and test the appliance
